I got a new bike yesterday and took my first ride in many years to the park and back with my daughter Jessica.  Words can't describe the thrill racing through me over this new sense of adventure and play! I am so excited for the summer and all the possibilities that riding a bike bring up in me ( I confess it has been many years).  I am even planning on riding to my office and deepening my health, my joy and my caring for our beautiful earth.  I feel blessed. In this issue I hope to inspire you to rediscover the child in you & make this your most playful summer ever!
